Issue:
When trying to setup a cluster using conga on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5, why do I get the error "A problem occured when installing packages: failed to install packages"?
Resolution:

When adding nodes with the conga tool, if the option "Enable Shared Storage Support" box is checked, it will try to find the clvmd package and if not found will give out the error. It means that GFS channel is not enabled. Make sure the "clustering" and "cluster storage" channels are enabled.
