How do I add a Contact Group in Command Center?
Resolution:

The following steps show how to create a host group.

  1. In the Command Center page, click the Monitoring tab, then the Hosts link.
  2. Click the Add New Host Group link.
  3. Enter a name and description for the host group.
  4. Select a contact group to associate with this host group.
  5. Click the Next: Add New Host Group button.
  6. Select one ore more hosts to be included in this group. Host down the CTRL key to select multiple hosts. Hold down the SHIFT key to select a range of hosts.
  7. Click the Add Selected Hosts button.
  8. Click the Done: Add New Host button.
  9. If the changes are done, configure the local scouts. Otherwise, continue making changes.
