Issue:
How do I add a Contact Group in Command Center?
Resolution:
The following steps show how to create a host group.
- In the Command Center page, click the Monitoring tab, then the Hosts link.
- Click the Add New Host Group link.
- Enter a name and description for the host group.
- Select a contact group to associate with this host group.
- Click the Next: Add New Host Group button.
- Select one ore more hosts to be included in this group. Host down the CTRL key to select multiple hosts. Hold down the SHIFT key to select a range of hosts.
- Click the Add Selected Hosts button.
- Click the Done: Add New Host button.
- If the changes are done, configure the local scouts. Otherwise, continue making changes.
