Issue:
How do I assign a person to a role in Command Center?
Resolution:

When a person is assigned to a role, that person has view-only access to the hosts or URLs associated with the role. To assign a person to a role, do the following:

  1. In the Command Center page, click the Roles link.
  2. Click the link of the role to which the person entry will be assigned.
  3. Click Edit people.
  4. Select one or more people from the list People That Are Not Assigned. Holding down the CTRL key selects multiple, separated names, while holding down the SHIFT key selects a range of names.
  5. Click the Add Selected People button.
