Issue:
How do I assign a URL or transaction group to a role in Command Center?
Resolution:

Assigning a URL or transaction group to a role allows view-only access to the URL or transaction group by the people assigned to that role. To assign a URL or transaction group to a role, do the following:

  1. In the Command Center page, click the Roles link.
  2. Click the link of the role to receive URLs or transaction groups.
  3. Click Edit URLs/Transaction Groups.
  4. Select one or more URLs and transaction groups from the list URLs and Transaction Groups That Are Not Assigned.
Holding down the CTRL key selects multiple, separated items, while holding down the SHIFT key selects a range of items.
  5. Click Add Selected URLs and Transaction Groups.
