Issue:
I got this error from my Windows device "09/12/2003 12:53:05 PM:INFO:Performance Library: ContentFilter (query.dll) (Disabled: 0x00)", what does it mean?
Resolution:

This message is for informational purposes only. On start-up, the service dumps a list of registered performance libraries registered on the system and their enabled/disabled status. This is to help administrators track down misbehaving 3rd party performance libraries.
