Issue:
Is there an easy way to identify what version of the Command Center Service for Microsoft Windows my host is running?
Resolution:

There are several ways. The most direct way is to right click on the file C:\NOCpulse\bin\nocpd.exe and select the Properties option. In the Properties dialog, there will be a tab with the version information.

One of the other ways is to look at the file C:\NOCpulse\var\messages for the last startup message. This message will also contain the version information.
