Issue:
Why are my URL checks showing a pending state?
Resolution:

Solution:
This is an artifact of monitoring URL/Transactions from the local scout, and then changing the configuration to stop monitoring from the local scout.

Command Center decides that the last status reported from the local scout is old, so it must be pending.

The workaround is to delete the URL check with the pending state, then create a new one that only monitors from the Remote Scouts.
