What do I do with an ISO image?
Resolution:
ISO images are files which are intended to be burned onto CD media. Another PC with appropriate CD burning software is required to do this. Once the CDs are burned, they may be used to boot and install software on a machine.

In Red Hat Linux, cdrecord is a useful command line program to burn ISO images to CD.
