I have a defective CD in my Red Hat Enterprise Linux Media kit, how do I get a new media kit and are there any alternatives?

If there is a defective CD in the media kit, There are two options:
  1. Contact Red Hat Customer Service via email (customerservice@redhat.com) or phone (1-888-REDHAT-1) and request a replacement media kit. If contacting us via email, please include "Media Replacement" in the e-mail's subject line.

    1. Log in to your Red Hat Network (RHN) account at https://rhn.redhat.com/.
