Issue:
How do I switch user agents in the Mozilla browser?
Resolution:

It is sometimes helpful to change the 'user agent' field in the Mozilla web browser to make it "look" and "act" like another browser. This is useful when web sites are written for a specific browser and/or do not work well with the Mozilla web browser. This is also helpful for debugging purposes.

There is a user agent switcher that is written as an extension to Mozilla. This is third party code it is not supported or distributed by Red Hat.

Warning: Downloading the user agent switcher extension and using it are at your own risk. Red Hat Support can not provide assistance with third party packages.

There is no configuration required for a base installation of this extension. You can also add additional user agents to mimic different browsers. Refer to the author's documentation for further configuration.

Warning: This extension may not work with older versions of Mozilla.

To get this extension visit, http://useragentswitcher.mozdev.org/ and follow the documentation that is provided on the site.
