Issue:
How do I change my email address in my Red Hat account?
Resolution:

To update an email address in a Red Hat account please do the following:

  1. Log in to https://www.redhat.com/apps/support/
  2. Click on the link for "Edit Your Account"
  3. Click on the link for "Account Details"
  4. Click on the blue "Change" link, located next to the current email address
  5. Update the email address in the email field, and select "Change"
  6. An email confirmation will be sent, make sure to confirm the change by click on the link in the text. Once the confirmation is complete, the email address will be updated.

Please Note: When changing an email address make sure it is not used in any other login accounts. Email addresses can not be duplicated. If an email address is highlighted in red after a reload, this may be an indication that the email is already associated with another login. The login account will need to be updated prior to entering the email address into another account.
