Red Hat Knowledgebase

In access Red Hat Netowrk (RHN) to download software, updates, and security errata:

1. Go to https://rhn.redhat.com/network/software/all_channels.pxt
2. Sign in to Red Hat Network using your Red Hat Login (username and password)*
3. Choose the software channel for the product you recently purchased
4. Choose your action from the menu at the top of the page (Download, Errata, Packages, etc.)
5. To continue receiving product updates, register your Enterprise Linux system to connect to Red Hat Network. To complete system registration, go to http://www.redhat.com/software/rhel/register/

*Your Red Hat Login (including username and password) enables you to:

1. Purchase products and services directly from Red Hat via redhat.com
2. Access updates, errata and maintenance capabilities for your activated Enterprise Linux subscriptions via Red Hat Network
3. Access Red Hat technical support, documentation and Knowledgebase

If you do not have a Red Hat Login, you should receive a separate email with instructions on how to create a Login. If you do not remember your Login, contact us by email at customerservice@redhat.com and include your Customer number and name shown from the mentioned email.
