Issue:
I can not find the channel I purchased in Red Hat Network (RHN), what can I do?
Resolution:
When you log in to Red Hat Network (RHN), click the "Channels" tab found in the top menu (navigation) of the page. Then click the "view a list of all available software channels" link or select "All" under the "Software Channels" option in the left menu. If you do not see the channel you need in the list, it may either be that the channel does not yet exist, you do not have enough entitlements, or a technical problem on our side.

If you still have questions after checking your RHN account, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-REDHAT1.

Note: There is a time delay from when an order is placed, to when an entitlement shows up in your redhat.com support section under your login, to when the entitlement reaches Red Hat Network. This process usually takes between 15 to 60 minutes.
