Issue:
How do I create sub-users on Red Hat Network (RHN)?
Resolution:

You can create a Red Hat Network (RHN) sub-user by first logging into RHN at: https://rhn.redhat.com/. Next, click on the "Users" tab at the top. Then select "create new user" in the top right corner. Finally, populate the form and select "Create Login" to finish creating the sub-user.

Note: You will need to have either a Management or Provisioning entitlement and have an "Organization Admin" role on RHN to be able to create sub-users.
