How do I submit a technical support ticket through the web?
Resolution:

To submit a web ticket to Technical Support, go to https://www.redhat.com/apps/support/ and log in with your user login and password. Click 'Go to the Red Hat Customer Center' link under the "Get Technical Support" section. Then click 'Manage your Tickets' link under Tickets Section and then click the link to create a new service request.

Note: This button will only appear if you have an active subscription with technical support.
