Issue:
Why I can't install Red Hat Enterprise Linux version 4 over the network on my IBM eServer System p that has 64 gig of memory assigned?
Resolution:

On some systems with large amounts of memory an error can occur, "No driver found", trying to install over the network. The workaround is to reduce the amount of memory to 32 gig, complete the install, then move the amount of memory back up to original memory, and the system should boot without issue.
