Issue:
How can I change the security level configuration in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 after the installation is complete?
Resolution:
To change the security level configuration after completing the installation of the operating system, use the Security Level Configuration Tool by doing the following:
Type the redhat-config-securitylevel command in a shell prompt to launch the Security Level Configuration Tool. If not root, it will prompt for the root password to continue.
This will bring up an interface to modify the properties of the security configuration.
