Issue:
I am trying to install ClamAV on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3, and it tells me that it needs glibc-2.3.4 and that I do not have it. What can I do?
Resolution:

You need to download a version of ClamAV that has been compiled against the version of glibc that ships with the version of Red Hat Enterprise Linux that you are running. The ClamAV RPM built for Fedora Core 1 is compiled against the same glibc version as Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 and should install correctly.

Please be aware that support for ClamAV and other third party packages is not provided by Red Hat. Any support for these packages is provided by the vendor of the package.
