Issue:
I have gathered results from Netdump, what do I do with the vmcore and other information?
Resolution:
Once you have successfully gathered netdump data from a crashed machine you should begin the process of collecting the data in preparation of submitting it to Red Hat Support.

First off you will need to compress the vmcore file from /var/crash/<ip>/*
    gzip vmcore
Once this has been compressed please upload it via anonymous ftp to:

ftp://dropbox.redhat.com/incoming

Note: You may want to include your customer number or a unique string in the vmcore filename as well as the md5sum and sha1sum of the uploaded files for verification purposes:
# md5sum [filename]
# sha1sum [filename]

Then, please open a support request (at http://redhat.com/apps/support/) providing the exact name of the file you uploaded. In addition to that, attach a sysreport from the system and your /boot/System.map file to aid in the troubleshooting of your request.
