Where can I call for technical assistance if I am an Academic user?
Resolution:

All academic editions offer the same stability, length of Red Hat Network (RHN) maintenance, and management capabilities as our corporate editions of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, but they are provided without Red Hat Enterprise Linux technical support.

Academic users will need to refer to the Red Hat Knowledgebase and other online solutions for technical solutions. For production and business application usage of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, academic institutions are advised to use supported Red Hat Enterprise Linux versions.
