What version of Red Hat Enterprise Linux is required to support Intel Xeon 7400 series processors (codename "Dunnington")?

Initial support for the Intel Xeon 7400 series of processors (codename "Dunnington") was added in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.7 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.2.

 

Support for enhanced error reporting under Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 was added in the 2.6.18-92.1.10 kernel errata, available from RHN. This errata is strongly recommended for all Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 systems using Intel Xeon 7400-series processors.
