What subscription number can I use for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 Desktop and Workstation products if I have a legacy Academic, Developer, or Partner subscription?

Some legacy academic, developer and partner subscriptions are multi-layered subscriptions. The subscription number for multi-layered subscriptions is only for the highest level of the subscription (the server component). Please find the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 Desktop and workstation subscription numbers that correspond to these multi-layered subscriptions below.
